well my first question is how do we spend 100,000 dollars every time a motorcyclist dies in a crash? Did the great state of Nevada take like a 100,000 dollar bet with his old drinking Buddie that NO ONE would ever die in a motorcycle accident in Nevada?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost 100,000 dollars to scrape a dead guy off of asphalt. although I am not one to know such things.
anywho, if we (the taxpayers) had to pay 100,000 dollars every time I masturbated, although that would be ALOT of money it would be an invasion of my privacy and libertyto stop me. so yeah that's kinda a hard one (no I'm not talking about myself)
maybe we should take away the right/privledge to drive, then no one could get in an accsident and we would save the government alot of money.
I don't really have to much of an opinion on this but it seems that people should have the choice to think for themselves UNTILL it hurts other people...
